Raffaela is a very talented cook.
I have been able to sample some authentic, tasty home-cooked Italian cuisine. Raffaela made my son 5th birthday very special this year by cooking lovely patisserie-style chocolate cakes and freshly made pizza for his party. And a special fantastic dinner based on fish. It was a great success!

I have had the privilege to enjoy Raffaela's cooking on many occasions; she has a real talent for creating beautifully presented, deliciously authentic regional italian dishes. Raffaela is a true perfectionist and watching her in the kitchen, it is a labour of love of her. My family and friends are always keen to sample her dishes.
